Rank Your Priority Access Selections!

Tuesday - November 15, 2011

Aloha Elvis Cruisers!
Just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday - it's the email that you've all been waiting for!  The Elvis Cruise schedule has arrived and it's full of all the amazing entertainment you'll get to experience on board.  And, if that wasn't exciting enough news, we're also ready for you to pick the event to which you would like priority access!  There are a lot of important instructions included in this email, so please read everything carefully.

Elvis Cruise Schedule
Please visit http://www.theelviscruise.com/schedule to view the schedule of entertainment that will be on the cruise.  Keep in mind that the theme nights and some activities have not all been added yet.  We'll keep updating it as we add more activities in the coming weeks.  However, ALL of the ENTERTAINMENT is listed here and you can use this schedule to help make your priority access selections.

Priority Access Selections
Let's put the personal touch on your vacation!

As you already know, this year's Elvis Cruise event is going to be festival-style seating (no tickets, no assigned seats) which will allow you more flexibility when it comes to seeing the entertainment you want to see, when you want to see it.  However, we know there is always that ONE event to which you just HAVE to get great seats.  Well, we want you to have great seats too, and that 's just what we're going give you.

Are you ready to receive priority access into an event of your choosing? Please follow the instructions below to rank your priority access selections. Let's get started!

Step 1: Login to www.sixthman.net/account with your Sixthman Username and password.

Step 2: At the top of the page under "Current Reservations"  Click "The Elvis Cruise 2012."

Step 3: Under "Personal Information" you will select your name from the tabs listed.  Then click "Edit your profile."

Step 4: At the bottom of the "Personal Information" section, select your top five Priority Access Choices, in order, using the dropdown menus.

Step 5: Repeat steps 3 and 4 for your traveling companions, if needed.  Priority access selections are made per person, NOT per cabin. So please make sure the rankings are completed for you and each of your traveling companions.

Please note:

  • You will need to rank all 5 different selections in the order of your preference.
  • Please do not rank any of the selections more than once.
  • Any guest who does not rank their preferences will be assigned the same show as the lead passenger as a default.
  • Priority access selections will be assigned based on booking date and time.

All of the priority access selections are listed in our system once you have logged in, and they are also listed below for your convenience:

  1. Ronnie McDowell, Thursday, 5:00pm
  2. Terry Mike Jeffrey, Thursday, 9:00pm
